以制度创新引领新型智库建设

摘要
近年来,得益于国家、地区和各系统层面对智库建设的重视和制度创新,我国智库建设呈现迅猛发展态势,但智库建设不能仅限于形式传播和数量扩展,还应当聚焦内容建设与质量提升,这就需要进一步落实智库建设指导意见,充分发挥制度红利,深化决策咨询体制改革。
In recent years, as an important part of the overall deepening of reform, the construction of think tanks in China has shown a kind of growing force like a prairie fire. However, the construction of think tanks is not supposed to be enthusiastic about form dissemination and quantity expansion only, but also focused on content construction and quality improvement. This requires further implementation of the guidance for the construction of think tanks, giving full play to the institutional profit, and deepening the reform of decision-making and consultation system.
