摘要

"十三五"时期是我国实现转型升级,顺利走完工业化发展阶段,打造经济升级版取得实效的关键时期,在"十三五"时期,我国将面临更为复杂多变的形势。以安徽为例,基于对"十三五"时期机遇、挑战的分析,"十三五"时期安徽将进入工业化后期和城镇化加速发展期,因此,"十三五"期间要重点实施深度城镇化战略、立体工业化战略和一、二、三产业联动融合发展战略,构建新的发展动力机制,加快推进四化协调发展下的新型工业化和新型城镇化进程。
        The 13 th Five-year Plan Period is the key time to realize industry transformation and upgrading, to finish theindustrialization phrase favorably, to build economy upgraded version. During this period, we will face much morecomplicated and multivariate situation. Take Anhui as an example, this article concludes that Anhui province will reachthe late stage of industrialization and the rapid developing stage of urbanization base on the analysis of the chance andchallenge in the 13 th five year plan period. During the 13 th five year plan period, Anhui province should pay moreattention to exerting profound urbanization strategy, the three-dimensional industrialization strategy and three industriesinteractive integration development strategy. Furthermore, Anhui province should build the new development motivemechanism, accelerate forcing the new industrialization and new urbanization under the coordinated development of the fourmodernizations.
